Weekend Hike
Just a couple shots from a hike this weekend by where I live in Avon, CT.
This one was set up with a remote. I shot this with a pocket wizard I taped to my walking pole. Poles were necessary, not for the pocket wizard but because it was so icy.
Same hike. If you look closely you can see where I placed a strobe I triggered with a pocket wizard. Perhaps pointless but more experimenting than anything.

I like the perspective for the hiking shot,nice timing with the remote. I also like the idea of setting up the trigger on the poles.I like the green algae growing in the ice,adds nice color to the image,can't wait to see exact picture taken during the fall!
